Procurement and Supply Chain Directorate

Provides the expertise behind procurement and supply chain policies, coordinates central procurement, and supervises the Central Medical Stores, so that goods, works and services reach the sector efficiently.

Units

Procurement regulations and standards
Maintains the procurement procedures and standard bidding documents, carries out the ministry's procurement of goods, services and works, manages procurement through agencies, coordinates emergency procurement and donations, and trains procurement staff.
Central Medical Stores
Receives and distributes goods for the ministry's agencies, and monitors the supply chain for timeliness and quality.

The directorate reports to the Chief Director. All directorates.
