Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department
Leads reform and service improvement in the ministry, and runs SERVICOM, the federal service charter programme, in the ministry and its agencies.

What the department does
- Drives reform, innovation and improvement in line with the framework of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation
- Manages SERVICOM in the ministry and its agencies, quarterly
- Works with the ministry's leaders to find gaps in processes, systems and services, and develops fixes for them
- Investigates service failures, and adopts good practice from elsewhere
- Builds a culture of continuous service improvement
